Chief Information Security Officer

Job description

As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) / Information Security Expert, you will work closely with our customers to develop and implement customized security solutions that meet their needs and expectations. You will serve as a trusted advisor and leader in information security, supporting our customers in their quest to improve their security culture and protect their digital assets.

Example of responsibility

Conduct security assessments and risk analyzes to identify and evaluate our customers' security needs and challenges.
Develop and implement customized security strategies and programs to meet our customers' unique requirements and goals.
Lead and support our clients' information security teams and act as an expert resource for issues related to security.
Conduct security training and workshops to raise awareness and understanding of security issues among our clients' personnel.
Continuously monitor and evaluate our customers' security programs to ensure they comply with applicable laws, regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with our customers' management teams and boards to report on security status and propose actions for improvement.

Requirement

Swedish citizens.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (eg CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are preferred.
Experience working as a consultant in the information security area, with proven ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Deep knowledge of security principles, standards and technologies, as well as the ability to apply them in different customer environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and customers.

Project Manager

Job description

As a project manager in information security, you will have a central role in leading and implementing robust security measures within our organization and for our customers. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, ensuring we adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Examples of areas of responsibility

Lead and manage information security projects from start to finish, including risk assessments, security audits and vulnerability analyses.
Develop and implement information security policies, procedures and best practices to minimize risk and protect sensitive data.
Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend actions.
Stay up-to-date on new threats and security trends and provide guidance to improve our security posture.
Act as an information security expert and provide guidance and support to internal teams and customers.

Requirement

Degree in computer science, information technology, project management or related field; further education or professional certifications (eg CISSP, CISM, CISA) are advantageous. OR experience that matches the role.
Experience in information security management with a focus on project management and risk assessment.
Good knowledge of information security frameworks, standards and regulations (eg ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Leadership skills with proven track record of successfully leading complex security projects from start to finish.
Analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize tasks.
